Balance & Tone
Balance & Tone is a yoga-inspired class that will improve your flexibility and strength through gentle, low impact exercises. It is suitable for all fitness levels with plenty of options for those just getting started.
Immerse yourself in 40 minutes of stretching and lengthening. STRETCH targets areas of the body where we tend to hold tension with gentle movement.
HIIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves fitness and maximizes calorie burn.
Strength and Tone
Strength and Tone is a 60 minute class that works the core, upper and lower body. Your answer to a whole body toning class.
Workouts include Balance & Tone, Stretch, HIIT and Strength and Tone. Workout lengths vary from 30 to 60 minutes. Because I understand life can be hectic, my workouts are convenient, allowing you the option of taking part in studio, online or through recorded sessions at a time that suits you best. Joining up is simple and subscriptions put you in the driving seat with no contracts or recurring payments.
