GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn.
Strength & Tone
Strength and Tone is a class that focuses on strength training for those looking to strengthen and tone their bodies.
Workouts include Yoga Inspired, Core, HIIT and Strength & Tone. Workout lengths vary from 30 to 45 minutes. Because I understand life can be hectic, my workouts are convenient, allowing you the option of taking part in live sessions or replays at a time that suits you best. Joining up is simple and subscriptions put you in the driving seat with no contracts or recurring payments. Ora Fitness Cork is a registered Les Mills group fitness provider
