Balance

Balance is a yoga-inspired class that will improve your flexibility and strength and leave you feeling relaxed. It is perfect for anyone looking for a gentle, low impact, but highly effective workout.

Stretch

Immerse yourself in 40 minutes of stretching and lengthening. Stretch increases flexibility and mobility and reduces risk of injury. It is also very effective in reducing tension related pain and discomfort.

HIIT

HIIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training workout that improves fitness and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises.

Strength and Tone

In just 60 minutes you’ll have completed a whole body workout through a challenging mix of functional training and resistance exercises. This workout integrates core, upper and lower body resistance training to improve fitness and strength and tone the entire body.

Workouts

Workouts include Balance, Stretch, HIIT and Strength and Tone. Workout lengths vary from 30 to 60 minutes. Because I understand life can be hectic, my workouts are convenient, allowing you the option of taking part in studio, online or through recorded sessions at a time that suits you best. Joining up is simple and subscriptions put you in the driving seat with no contracts or recurring payments.
