Strength and Tone is a 60 minute workout that integrates core, upper and lower body resistance training to increase strength and tone the entire body.

The challenging mix of functional training and resistance exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness and strength to the next level.

This is a great class for both beginners and advanced participants and has a wide variety of options ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.

In Studio €10 per class or €45 for 10 classes. Online options also available.
